- Maintain and enhance the chatbot platform to meet changing needs.
- Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms (Omnichannel).
- Enhance user effectiveness of chatbot with the help of advanced technologies.
- Involvement in all the stages of chatbot development from architecting to implementation.
