CG Digital under the CG Corp Global struggled with an outdated customer service model that could not keep pace with the growing influx of customer inquiries and complaints. It was programmed to handle a wide range of customer requests, including recommending products, finding product details, checking order status, registering products, filing complaints, checking complaint status, locating physical shops, troubleshooting guides for the products and answering FAQs related to the return exchange policies. The chatbot was also integrated with live chat agents for seamless conversation when needed.
